Last updated: Jan 9th, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SmartSignal, a product owned and operated by PIF Growth Advisory LLC ("SmartSignal," " PIF Growth Advisory," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website and services (the "Services").

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers information collected on our websites (for example, when you contact us), as well as information collected and/or processed as part of our providing the Services to our business customers, both on our own behalf and on behalf of our customers. When we process information on behalf of a customer, we do so as a service provider/processor and our processing is governed by our customer agreements.

  • Company information (company name, size, industry).
  • Communications and support information.
  • Billing and transaction information.
  • Implementation information (authorized properties, settings).

C. Customer-Provided Data

Customers may provide datasets for use with the Services (for example, CRM access). We process such data to provide the Services in accordance with our customer agreements.

D. US-Only Operation

The SmartSignal script is intended to operate only for visitors located in the United States. We implement geo-restriction measures intended to prevent the script from being served to or running for visitors outside the United States. Geolocation is not perfect and limited misclassification may occur.
